Vaquero Days is an event designed to raise money to support a variety of youth and charitable organizations.
Everyone, including competitors, pays the $10 (ten dollar) entry fee at the gate. 100% of the gate income goes
directly to supporting the youth programs (4h, FFA, college scholarships, and others) supported by Los Californios
Heritage Association. Overhead and adminstrative costs needed to run the event come from other sources.
Competitors' registrations fund the costs of putting on the competitions.
